Role Overview

Your mission will be to identify potential clients, build strong business relationships, and bring them on board as long-term partners for Blue Ladder. This is a commission-only role with 40% commission on all income generated from clients you secure. With no cap on earnings, this is a fantastic opportunity for motivated professionals to maximise their income while working independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential client companies in target industries.

  • Reach out to decision-makers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.

  • Present and pitch Blue Ladder’s recruitment services in a professional and consultative manner.

  • Negotiate and close new client contracts.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with the clients you bring in.

  • Work closely with our recruitment team to ensure successful service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or recruitment.

  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently.

  • Confidence in approaching new clients and building trust.

  • Existing network of business contacts is highly desirable.
